Connection procedure: 

The connection is carried out by a dedicated team. This takes between two and four weeks depending on the level of complexity of the project. It comprises two simultaneous phases:

An administrative phase

•  Signing of the contract,
•  Opening of the customer account,
•  Completion of the legal and fiscal formalities in the case of fiscal dematerialisation.

A technical phase

•  Creation of the user accounts,
•  Installation and procedure tests,
•  Acceptance and start of production.

Specific developments

Specific developments may be required, particularly in an international project context.
